I want to tell you about my son and eczema and what a journey it has been for us, Some days it all goes well other days it feels like you are back at square one although he is a teenager know he still battles with this skin condition.
From a very young age he just develop this rash all over his body, ended up in hospital a few times but with the Grace of God he got better every time. Until know there is some days that I get so discouraged with him, especially if he do not want to put cream on himself. He develop scars from a very young age on his feet, his arms, his legs. Now that he is growing up he want to go visit friends and sleep over like his sisters, but I have this phobia that he will not be able to cope with it and the people will forget that he is allergic to any form of nuts, soy, spices and the pollen in the air and certain plants and grass, even some animals with long hairs. Suppose I must let go one or other time, I can't keep him in a cocoon for the rest of his life. can I?. I don't think a parent really let go of their children and we have a tendency to always worry about them doesn't matter how big or how small they are. I wrote a book about his journey which is currently on Amazon, if anyone is interested in buying the book click on the link below. www.amazon.com/Eczema-through-Thessa-Jared-Mann-ebook/dp/B01N0NW2WK/ref=sr_1_95?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1481102509&sr=1-95&keywords=eczema+- |
